Murray Greys are easy care cattle. They calve easily, the females
milk well, they grow quickly, they readily convert grass to beef, they fatten
on grass.
The Murray Grey breed has made spectacular gains in their two $Indexes over
the last three years. From 1996 to 2001 it increased by an average of $0.98
per year and since 2001 has increased by $2.53 per year. |
Greyman breed was the result of combining the outstanding Genetic
characteristics of both the Murray Grey and Brahman breeds.
The Seed Stock of our greymans are selectively chosen on there performance
& EBV figures. We believe by careful selection of these traits we will
produce the Ridgy Didge Greyman. |
